I'm Emily, a lover of all things sweet!

I, Emily Correy am a self taught baker and cake decorator bringing you nothing but beautiful and delicious cakes, baked and decorated exclusively for you by myself. I have been in the catering/ food industry from a very young age and I have been baking for the last 8 years and cake decorating for the last 3 years. I love creating unique cakes using different techniques, styles and embellishments. 

 

My cakes are all hand made from scratch in my home kitchen in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, using the highest quality ingredients. Taste and flavour to me is just as important as decoration. My personal favourite flavour to date would be Mango and Passion fruit cake, with a homemade Mango jam. Yum!

My kitchen has been awarded a 5* Health and Hygiene rating by Wycombe District Council.
